Please note: Our headquarters is located in the United States, but the shipments are sent from Jianshui, Yunnan, China, the birthplace of purple pottery.

Order Processing Time

All orders placed before 5:00 PM are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times may be extended during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances; any delays will be promptly communicated to customers.

Once your order is processed, it's on its way and should arrive at your address within the estimated delivery window.

Important Notes

  • Processing time is the duration it takes to prepare and dispatch an order after it has been successfully placed and payment has been confirmed.
  • Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will be processed on the next business day.
  • Customers will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once the order has been processed and shipped.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on the weekends or holidays.

Free Shipping Policy

We now ship all parcels via Express Shipping on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis to the following countries:

USA, Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Poland, Portugal, Belgium, Netherlands, Austria, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Finland, Croatia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Latvia, Slovenia, Bulgaria, Romania, Denmark, Sweden, Ireland, Greece, Switzerland, Norway, Estonia, Malta, Cyprus, Iceland.

For DDP shipments, no additional duties, taxes, or tariffs will be charged upon delivery.

Import Duties & Taxes

Import duties, taxes, and handling or import fees charged by private carriers are not included in the product price. Any such charges incurred after your order reaches your country are the responsibility of the customer.

Please allow up to 7 business days for tracking information to become available after you receive your tracking number.

Once a tracking number has been issued, your order has been shipped. Tracking updates may not appear until the parcel has cleared customs in the destination country.

Order Tracking

After your purchase, we'll email you shipping confirmation with a tracking number and link to our track page. Upon entering the tracking number on our tracking page, you'll be able to see where the order is. Shipping Carrier Information

We offer worldwide shipping. Customers do not need to pay any additional tariffs or fees upon receiving their goods. After receiving the tracking number, please ask customers to wait patiently for up to 7 working days for the tracking information to appear. Once the tracking number is generated, it indicates that your package has been shipped, but the tracking information will only be updated after the package has cleared customs.

Standard Free Shipping:

  • We ship worldwide via EMS/SF Express/other courier companies by airmail, and every order includes tracking.
  • Estimated delivery times are based on local postal service guidelines and may vary depending on the destination.

Shipping Restrictions

PO Boxes:We do not deliver to PO Boxes.

Delivery Delays:Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or other factors beyond our control.

How do I update the shipping address?

We're unable to change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@porsva.com. We aim to respond within 24 hours during our 9am to 5pm PT business hours.

I've changed my mind. How do I cancel my order?

You may request to cancel your order before it has shipped by contacting our customer support team. A 3%-5% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund to cover payment processing and transaction fees.

  • Order Changes

If you request a change to your order before shipment and the change results in a partial refund, the same 3%-5% processing fee will apply to the refunded amount.

Please note that in some cases, orders may be processed and shipped before the order status is marked as completed or before tracking information becomes available.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.

We recommend contacting us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or make changes to your order.

My order has arrived damaged. What shall I do?

While the vast majority of orders arrive without issue, ceramic items may occasionally be damaged during international shipping due to handling beyond our control.

Reporting an Issue

If your order arrives damaged, broken, incorrect, or with missing items, you must contact us within 48 hours days of delivery to be eligible for a resolution.

To help us investigate and resolve the issue, we may require the following:

  • Clear photos or video of the damaged item(s)
  • Photos of the original packaging and shipping box
  • Your order number and delivery details

Failure to provide requested documentation may limit our ability to offer a refund or replacement.

Resolution

All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If approved, we will, at our discretion:Issue a replacement, or provide a refund to the original payment method.
Approved resolutions are provided at no additional cost to the customer.

Important Notes

  • Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for resolution.
  • Cosmetic variations or minor imperfections inherent to handmade or ceramic products do not qualify as damage.
  • We reserve the right to deny claims that show signs of misuse, improper handling, or fraudulent reporting.

All reported issues are thoroughly reviewed to ensure a fair, transparent, and timely resolution, in accordance with Shopify and payment provider dispute guidelines.

What if my order gets lost in mail?

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or factors beyond our control. However, if your order experiences a significant delay, please contact us and we will investigate:

  • Express private courier companies (e.g., Winly Express, SF Express): Delays exceeding 10 business days.
  • EMS Express: delay exceeding 30 days.

If an order is confirmed as lost in transit, we will, at our discretion, issue a replacement or a refund after completing our investigation.

Delivery Address Accuracy

Orders are shipped to the shipping address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring all address details are accurate and complete.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
  • Packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery, especially when delivered to an unsecured location

Delivered but Not Received

If tracking information shows that your order has been successfully delivered but you have not received it, you must contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number to file a claim.

Carrier confirmation of delivery constitutes proof of delivery.
