Return and Refund Policy
If the event you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us via phone or email within 48 hours of receiving your order to qualify for a full or partial refund, as applicable. Please see below for more information on our return policy.Sale or discounted items are final sales and cannot be returned for store credit or refunded to the original method of payment.
RETURNS
With our 48 hours Returns, you can return your order within 48 hours of receiving your order. All returned items must be in new and unused condition and in its original packaging.
General Return Guidelines:
Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Condition of the Item: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.
Special Considerations:
- Due to kiln conditions, clay characteristics, and the handmade nature of our products, natural variations in color, texture, or finish are considered normal and do not qualify for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
- Similarly, tool marks inside Yunnan Banshan Zitao teapots are part of the traditional crafting process and are not considered defects.
- Fit of the teapot lid or the time it takes to pour water also do not qualify for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Custom Products:
For custom orders, the customization type, style, and design must be confirmed by both parties before full payment is made.
- Refunds are not accepted once production has started.
- If design modifications are needed, they must be communicated before production begins.
- Handcrafting typically starts around the 4th day after order placement:
Before carving begins, the design can be modified.After carving begins, only minor additions can be made; the main design cannot be altered.
Customer-Initiated Returns:
Customers must contact us first to request a return or refund.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Refunds will be issued after we receive the returned item in its original packaging.
- The refund amount will be reduced by shipping costs.
Shipping fees are based on the standard carrier rates to your country, whether the customer pays for shipping or we cover it (for orders eligible for free shipping).
Customers must notify us of the returned package and provide a tracking number after shipping.
Acceptable Return Product Item Requirements:
- Package: The item must be in its original packaging.
- Defective or Damaged Items: We accept returns for items that are defective or damaged upon receipt. Please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the item to initiate the return process.
- Incorrect Items Received: If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item to arrange for a return and replacement.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at support@porsva.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and pre-paid shipping label. We aim to respond within 24 hours. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging. Download and print the shipping label and place it on the outer box.Return shipping charges will be pre-paid by us. Unsolicited returns sent to us without approval and communication from us will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs:
- For returns due to a Product quality issues or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- For all other returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
REFUNDS
Once we receive your item(s) in the above-mentioned condition and manner, we will process your refund and notify you. We will initiate a refund to the payment method used for your purchase. Once the credit is processed, it should appear in your payment account within 10-12 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.For order refund inquiries, please contact support@porsva.com. If your refund is not fully processed due to merchant issues, we will only issue a bank transfer. We do not issue refunds through CashApp, Payoneer, Venmo, or other similar platforms.
EXCHANGES
We are unable to offer exchanges. You must return the item for a refund and then make a separate purchase for the new item. This must be done within 48 hours of your order being delivered.
RESTOCKING FEES
If your refund request is approved, we will charge a return shipping fee. This does not apply to returns due to product defects or errors caused by us. If you have any questions, please email support@porsva.com.
EXCEPTIONS
For defective or damaged products, please contact support@porsva.com at the contact details below to arrange a refund.
DELIVERIES TO INCORRECT ADDRESS
We deliver to the address you enter at checkout, in the event we deliver to the address at checkout and you find you didn't enter the correct address at checkout, we won't be liable for any losses.
SALE ITEMS
Only regular-priced items may be refunded; however, sale items cannot be refunded or canceled.
