Production starts only after design approval and full payment confirmation.

Revision Policy

Within 4 days after order confirmation, minor design adjustments may be requested.

Once the formal carving process begins, only small inscriptions or simple decorative additions may be added.

Major design changes are not supported after carving has started.

Production Time

Approximately 20–35 days depending on complexity and workshop schedule.

Each piece is fully handmade, and production time may vary slightly based on carving detail.
